2011 Ride Orion Boots

Just looking to get an idea about peoples' experiences with these boots.

They're my first pair ever, I've ridden them for 4 days and so far I love them. The speed lace inserts and regular lace outsides means I don't have to worry about Boa or Speedlace ever breaking since the outside is what you really yank on. They fit a bit large which is perfect, i wear size 11 street, got these in 10.5 and it couldn't fit much better on the bottom. The top is just a tad loose, but that's mostly due to the stiff tongue which will soften with time. I hope they keep meeting my expectations like they have and they stay in pretty good shape. Riding them with L/XL Union Forces and the 07 Artec 3.3.

I went from barely being able to link turns on a blue slope (rusty since 2 years ago) to nailing FS 180s over little moguls in 4 days and carving up black diamonds.

Anyone else wear these boots?
