stay away from the Formula, thats the only board from arbor i'd say is crap.
Arbor in general makes some good boards, the westmark is an amazing park board, and the Coda would be great for you.

Beautiful boards that ride great but don't hold up that well. The bases are SOFT (at least on the Element). Have p-tex handy.
What size are you looking for? I've got a 165 Element I'll sell you.
