Of all those the Rook if you want to jump and the Park if you want to jib more.
See if you can find a 2011 Flow Verve in your size. Great option.

$200 board suggestions
Hey guys, I am currently looking to get a new board since i won some flux RK30 bindings. I am 5'8" 130lbs and looking for a board that will be 60% park (mostly jumps) and 40% groomers. Live in NJ so i ride the ice coast. I am trying to get a board for around $200. So far i have found a YES Typo 152 for $240, a Nitro Rook 154 for $190, a Signal Park 154 for $200, and a Rome Garage Rocker in 152 and 154. I was wondering your thoughts on which would be the best bang for their buck and which one would suit my riding the best. Thanks!
