|armybpc1985||I appreciate the info. That's good to know for when I decide to actually start planning for it. I'll look into Alaska since I've never been there, and I definitely want to put give those mountains up there a good ride sometime.|

Most of the same terrain is accessible by sled and/or skinning/hiking.
Silverton, CO has heli-drops for I think $150 per drop if you wanted to do it.
I just know if I were going heli-boarding, it would be somewhere "exotic" that you simply cannot get to by any other means (like AK or the Monashees).

|armybpc1985||I've been thinking about doing the same thing in Colorado. I just want to know how much heliboarding will cost? I know it is a little pricey, but from the time I started snowboarding it has always been something that I have really wanted to do.|

Heliboarding in Alaska
Just wondering if you'd like to watch my heliboarding in Alaska video from Feb 2011. You can watch it here on Youtube CPG Entry 2 by Jason Williams and Mia Low - YouTube
If you enjoy it please click LIKE in Youtube (requires Youtube account) as this will help me win a week heliboarding with Chugach Powder Guides in Girdwood. Such an awesome experience and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
