|Riley212||I dont mind just riding groomers as long as its not solid sheets of ice, like what happens if it melts and re-freezes. If its like that i dont want to go but i will be there anyways visiting family and wont be able to resist getting at least one day in.|

Yea not great conditions right now, really pissing me off actually, our first winter living here and we have friends coming into town this weekend all were gonna be able to do is ride icy groomers. If your like me and don't give shit about your board there's fresh stuff to be had in the woods but it's far from an ideal situation.
At least Brighton actually has a lift that goes all the way to the center summit ridge line running(Crest) and they've been blowing snow pretty much all night every night so who knows, if ti's super warm the sun will help break stuff up by lunchtime but this time of year that's not very likely either.

|neednsnow||Shaaty! If it stays cold things don't stay soft. They get tracked out and pack-down. It softens when it warms up under the sun. It is supposed to be sunny and cold through Tuesday. Things might start churining up at that point, but that is a big Might.|

Brighton Conditions next week?
Hey im heading up to SLC for the first time and im planning on going to brighton.
I know they haven't gotten much snow. If they dont get much or none beween now and next week is it going to be icy? or does it stay cold enough for the snow to be soft.
Im bringing my GF and converting her from a skier. It would suck for her to learn in icy conditions.
Any info on what to expect would be awesome
