The blunted tips do indeed make a difference. I rode a 152 evo 2012, and it felt longer than the 151 SL I rode last year, and even longer than my first board, a 153 technine MFM pro.

Depending on what you want, that's good or not good (I won't say bad). You can size down so it handles easier at the same time having one that cruises a bit like a longer board.
I wear size 11 boots and i have owned wide board before and hated them and the way the turned and rode.

snowfiend I have an 11' Evo and love it. But if you need a wider board the Revolver is the wider version of the Evo.

Riley212 shorter than usual, the effective edge will be longer compared to the over all length of the board letting you use a shorter board. i would still go with the 154 though to fit your feet

Good, solidly made decks but you get what you pay for from NS and Smokin
Yeah, I really think im going to go with Smokin or NS which ever I can get cheapest at the end of the season. Can anyone give me info on how to decide what size to get when buying a blunted tip snowbaord like the EVO and Buck ferton? Do I buy longer then usual or shorter?
