|mtmgiants||thanks for all the feedback, it is greatly appreciated. I can land my frontside 360's about 50% of the time, my problem is that i feel like my board slips out at the last second causing me to get off axis while im spinning. looking back at the footage i see that i really was over rotating so thanks for all of the advice i will work on making it floatier and hopefully add in some grabs. Thanks again|

Not much, really, since that was your first time. Just keep doing them. It looks like you did a set up turn. Make more pronounced. You wind up at the last second and snap as you are coming off the lip with the right timing. Make your wind up a bit more deliberate. The amount and timing is right though. Pop off the jump a little bit more and this will help to bring up the board to you so you can grab, eventually.
If you increase the amount of set up turn slightly and wind and snap a little smoother and deliberately, you'll find that you can rotate more with your whole body rather than mostly your shoulders as you are doing now. That, combined with the more authority in your pop will make your spins floatier and smoother looking. The good thing is that you are relatively quiet in the air and aren't hucking it. Just try to increase it all slowly a little bit at a time, and honestly, a lot of it will come naturally from just doing it over and over again.

Critique My 360
Just started to seriously hit the park this season (3rd time out). It was a slushy day so i figured the landings would be nice and soft and after about 5 tries landed my first 3. this is about mid day. I was just seeing if anyone had any advice or tips to help me make it more stylish. i know i have to throw in a grab but hopefully i will get that down this friday. I come in at :15

also, what would be your recommended next trick. I saw a bunch of people who couldn't do 360's but were doing barrel roll back flips of the same jump. i found it weird that they would be able to do those before doing some rotating tricks. basically where should i go from here. Thanks!
