Spring Dirt

Hey,
So I went out boarding today on the east coast and it didn't seem too muddy but by the time I was heading home the entire top and bottom was pretty much dirt. The board has only day on it's new wax once so I think it was some of the extra wax that held it on the bottom and I can scrape it off but some of the parts where the wax wasn't strong it's just dirty, is the only way to get it off by scraping with a papertowel and my nail or is there an easier way that won't take what seems like all of the wax off. The top of my board's also got these streaky lines that aren't dirt but can be seen in some lights. Any suggestions? Thanks.
