ryan14410 Photos turned out nice, snowvols.
This is what you do when you live in a state like Utah, or any real outdoorsy state. While too many people would rather lay on a couch or give me a weird look when I said we were going to do some moonlit backcountry riding, they miss out on sooo many beautiful scenes. It's one thing to do a moonlit hike in the summer, and it's a completely different experience with snow covered mountains. There's nothing but a bluish hue coming from everything, and sparkles from the snow crystals as seen in snowvols photos. The turns were even pretty good from the top. Once we hit the trees it was more difficult to ride with a helmet and a headlamp that doesn't point far enough ahead; I should have turned it upside-down. Another moonlit ride needs to happen.

snowvols I had my headlamp which was needed since we had to ride in the trees on the exit, but up top it was a wide open run. Head lamp wasn't needed since the snow was lit up by the moon.
