I still have to figure out how to replace the back latch, it looks like you have to pound it out with something but i havnt had much luck yet.
just call customer service if you can't get it figured out, they'll explain.
basically there is two little 'O'-clips on the pin that holds the lever, but the 'O'-clips have some barbed edges, so they will only let the pin be pounded out (easily) in one direction. Just check the 'O'-clips carefully and you will see which direction the barbs point out, and pound out the pin in that direction, not opposite.
goodluck!

Donutz I don't actually know the second when it broke. I just noticed it when I got to the bottom. The thing about Flows is you don't necessarily feel the loss of tension because the I-strap still holds the foot in. I'd have noticed if I'd tried to do some real hard heelside carves, but that's about it.

Nefarious What happened when the cable broke? Did it pop off when you landed a jump?

AcroPhile Bad week for Flows. I lost a screw on one of my NXT-AT's this week. I didn't have any replacement screws that would fit or anything to hold the strap to the baseplate so I Macgyvered 5 or 6 paperclips into a suitable solution until Flow can ship me the replacement part. I tried calling their customer service on Saturday morning but I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I'll try again on Monday.
