tug03 i agree. no need for polarized lens, get bronze red chrome or bronze silver chrome. works better on sunny days and orage or blue lens for overcast or snowing conditions...

Liv4Sno Don't waste your $ on polarized. They are good for water like fishing, but not good for snow. Read up on it.

Jason Thanks for the help. I think I'll get a polarized lens and a regular lens.

I like them a lot, but others will say they washout the snow when it's not sunny, and you can't see the ice. My suggestion would be a pair of polarized lenses for bluebird days, and a pair of blueblockers (orange lenses) or something similar for overcast/snowing days.

You ever worn polarized sunglasses for driving? Try it, I doubt you'll ever go back...

Polarized goggles?

Are polarized goggles necessary for the north east? Looking to pick up a pair of Electic eg2s and wondering if I should go with polarized?
