2hipp4u I think your actions were justified, if people can't keep their animals on their property then they should expect they will more than likely end up dead.
I fucking hate cats, there only purpose is to keep lonely gay men company.

snowklinger yo Dave, I should have admitted, I'm a card carrying cat hater, my daddy raised me that way.

cheers.

At the end of the day a cat is just doing what comes naturally and cannot really be trained unlike dogs. Cats love to do their thing in other peoples gardens/yards if they can. If you demonstrate to the cat he will get soaked every time he comes near he will avoid your place.

Its the owners response that is out of place as they need to be more apologetic and take responsibility for their cat and dog.

I agree with David Z that face to face diplomacy works best and only when its clear that has been fully exhausted would I call the cops. Makes you look like a dick and a cry baby to the other neighbors.

Also if you were trying to kill the cat (maybe you were just joking) I say thats over the top. Just my opinion.

I would be very unhappy if a cat peed in my car but it would be the owner of the cat I would see as responsible. Yes I would chase the cat away, but a death sentence is heavy justice for a misplaced piss.

I had a stray who liked to sit on the bonnet of my Acura(Quite a few years back). He was old and had long claws and scratched up my bonnet.
I was pissed off but what can you do with a stray? In the end I just put a blanket over it and we were both happy.
His toilet was seemingly elsewhere as I never had a problem.

You probably didn't see my response to David Z, but yes, we talked face to face, over the phone, and via e-mail, so I did my part....tried to be the bigger person and all that. Had they been cool about the cat issue and also the dog issue and at least been somewhat apologetic instead of acting like it is my or my wife's fault, fault then no, the cops wouldn't have been called...this was the last straw for me and the last resort. I have to admit, I have a real tough time tolerating "Stupid People" and clearly these neighbors qualify for the label. Plain and simple, If you can't be responsible enough to have a pet, then you probably shouldn't have one.

slyder You could always add garlic juice to said above sprayer. Wont harm the cat and will totally stink up the owners house.

BurtonAvenger Just back the cat over with the car sure it's one less messy pussy in the world but that just makes it a better place.

It hates the snow...was driving it back from Detroit where I bought it and it began to snow...things went badly quickly on I-69. Luckily was able to restore control and not get ran over by the semi driver behind me. He slowed way down and gave me all the room I needed to regain control.
I wish I lived somewhere that I could drive to the mountains instead of fly then rent a car!
