|arl2||As of right now I am really leaning towards the K2 Company. It really seems like the binding for me. More response than other bindings. Which I would like for what I ride as i am not in the park at all. And the Romes seem to lean that way. But im going to wait til my boots get here and go to my shop and strap into some bindings and see how they feel. Fed Ex needs to hurry!|

|SnowOwl||I have the '12 K2 Auto Uprises. They're basically Formulas with auto tech built in and harshmellow =D. Very durable. I haven't had any issues so I have no complaints on them. I especially like their high backs. I also have the 390 Bosses. Muchhh more flexible than the K2's. So if you're wanting to avoid flexibility, I wouldn't go with the Bosses. I'd only want the SL from Union personally. I also have the Maysis so good choice!|

|Nivek||Its the exact same thing as their old toe straps, just without the extra material.|

The Rome 390 Boss seems to be leaning more towards the freestyle park rider. They seem to be alot more forgiving and more flex than what im after. But it does say its right in the middle?
About the K2 Company, I really like what the binding offers on paper. The toe strap looks like its plastic? And thin from what im looking at. How does it hold up? Will it hold up in the long run?

I'd guess the Formulas are pretty close to the Atlas if not lighter.
I wouldn't have recommended the Formulas if they weren't gonna match up.
For even more response and superb dampening check out the K2 Company. Everything the Formulas have but stiffer, Harshmellow, and an upgraded ankle strap.

|arl2||Are the Formulas a good binding for what i ride? The guy i was talking to at my shop recommended the Atlas. I picked up those puppies and they seemed to be a very light binding. Compare weight to the Formulas. Are they light? I have not had the chance to get my hands on them. I do like the idea of the canted footbeds on the K2s. It seems like an awesome idea. The Unions don't have that. When I originally started talking about bindings with this guy I said I was stuck between the Formulas and the Union Force bindings. And he ends up helping me towards the Atlas as it was more suitable for me. And all of this was after he helped me with boots which all of the ones i tried on were K2. He seemed to really lean towards them. I ended up walking away with the K2 Maysis.|

I could go with this or i could go with that?
Im getting new bindings for this season and i have my mind set between 2. Im looking at the K2 Formula and the Union Atlas. Does anybody have thoughts about these bindings? I like to ride all around. But i like to hike and hit that fresh new new.
