arsenic0 Im super stoked for this season.

I have my sabbatical this year...56 paid days off, fuk yes.

It starts Christmas week, and with my Meadows Midweek+ pass I hope to get up there 3+ times a week, as long as my body can take it lol.

I hope its a decent season, i dont need record snow levels, but hell even as long as its an average year for snow fall ill be happy, i'd hate to have 'wasted' my 7 year sabbatical on a bad winter lol.

At White Pass, the skin up to the top is actually fairly gentle and is a great place to learn and get some pre season warm up touring.we have very reasonable lodging as well as a few decent pubs in Packwood. Pre season rates at the White Pass Resort condos might also be very doable....
I would totally be down with doing that! I've been debating on getting a split board to keep up with some skier friends from work that do a lot of back country but know nothing about it. An intro class would be phenomenal.

pdxrealtor That blows you hit ice for two days. Let me know when you know you're coming. I'll most likely be able to hit it with you guys. I'm pretty free with a little notice.

I'm in terrible shape too but if you feel like attempting a little bit, I'd be down to give it a shot. Even for a few short turns
