|grafta||For some weird reason I started getting notification emails too. I changed setting and still got em. I just setup an email rule with sbf address and 'snowboarding forum' or whatever the emails header was so they get deleted in future. Pretty easy... but yeah, CP doesn't seem to work. No biggie|

|Donutz||I've found that changing the setting in the control panel doesn't change the setting of threads you've already subscribed to. You have to individually unsubscribe to them.|

It's been years but I think I had that problem when I started. IIRC, changing the setting to "no notifications" only works for future thread subs. Anything you're already subbed to continues to work under the settings it had when you subbed (which happens automatically when you post).
You'll need to clear your thread subscriptions or pull up each subscription and change the settings.
This is all dim distant memory, so details may be different.

Stop notification emails?
I've been into settings and made it so I don't subscribe to threads but the emails are still coming. I need them to stop.
I don't need emails as I look at tappatalk about 50 times per day. Thanks for that, its really helping my productivity levels plus my wife loves it when I ignore her.
