I'm fairly confident that the OP got his board a long time ago.
Why are you resurrecting a two year old thread with this information?

GreyDragon Never heard of Dazzle, but they are in Europe so not a surprise.
They appear to be a solid company with good values, so they might be worth investigating.
They seem to have a lack of designs though. I would want a hybrid/gull wing board, and they don't seem to do that.

You might also look into Prior Snowboards in Whistler. They do a lot of customization. I've been to their factory and demoed one of their boards. They're legit. Don't think you're getting some "premium" board though. The prices reflect customization options and small production runs IMO.

BigmountainVMD Check out Team8 snowboards. Team Eight Snowboards

Out of Portland, Maine I think... Heard about them awhile back. You can send in a high-def graphic and they will throw it up on a board. 2 years ago they only did camber rides, but this year there might be other options. You can customize every little detail of the board. If you are not sure, you can take a board you like from any major brand, record all the dimensions and fill in the "configurator." You can also call them, tell them what board you want yours to ride like, and they can tell you what options to pick to get it as close as possible.

Custom boards for under 400.

Have you seen this site?

I was looking for a website that will let me customize every aspect of my snowboard and I found this: DAZZLE SNOWBOARDS
I haven't found any reviews on this website, but they seem pretty legit. Read their About Us. I was wondering, does anyone know any companies or websites that share this idea? Thanks in advance guys.
