That's BS... I had 390s on both my SL and Proto without a problem.

snowklinger He probably keeps sets of extra long bolts around so that when you tell him to go ahead and do it, he cracks your board.

131441 I was hoping common sense would prevail and it looks like it has. BUT, this is my first RC and you never know I guess.

Maybe he just ment it might be tight with the screws??????? who knows, ill find out tonight when I get home.

Mounting 390's to RC board warning

I have the NS brother in arms board coming and went out and bought some 2012 390's for a good price. The guy at the shop warned me about mounting these bindings to a RC board. Something about the bolt pattern and actually cracking the board if its done incorrectly. Of course that freaks me out since I finally was able to get a NS board.

Does anyone know what he is talking about. I dont want to screw up my new board.
