gstar7 called up burton about 2 hours ago. they sent me a replacment for free. they just asked what was wrong with it, my shipping info and thats it.

A part on my binding broke. How do I get another one?

edit-called back about some mounting hardware, they threw it in for free. wow, amazing customer service.

bseracka Buy new ratchet from you lbs or burton directly. Burtons ratchets are pretty universal over the product years.

Your setup is now worth $115 because of the broken ratchet

binding clamp problem picture

so i thought i fixed my binding clamp.... guess i didnt

this is as high the tooth comes up. i can still unbuckle it, but its a pain and i have to yank on it

the tooth on the other clamp raises higher. how do i fix this
