|BigmountainVMD||If you are in to the asymmetrical sidecut think, it is certainly an option. It has a better, faster base than the TRS, but if you don't wax ever, then the TRS would be the better, more durable base for rails, rocks, etc.|

Re: Anyone ever ride a 2009 Libtech T.Rice?
I was thinking about the Attack Banana as well. When I was researching for my t.rice it was between the magic, attack and rice.
What are your thoughts on the Riders Choice?

It's still gonna be stiff, it just will have less ollie pop and won't hold an edge as well. Really no advantage of going to the older model. Get a more flexible board. TRS or one of the Phoenix line if you want to stick with libs.
The Attack Banana could be a good option as well. More banana but not a full BTX. EDIT: It's not all that less stiff though...
Even the Banana magic could be an option if you want a more directional style deck. EDIT: it is not directional... my bad. It is also just as stiff as the T. Rice, or almost there, so I would remove it from your list.

Anyone ever ride a 2009 Libtech T.Rice?
I know its BTX but would that make it more playful than the recent model T.Rice's? . Plus its 153 blunted tip, so add 2-3 cms. I'm 5'10, 170lb with. 9.5 boots. I kind of want something more playful yet stable at semi-high speeds.
I have a 2012 157 T.Rice, it's not as playful but it does bomb hard. I will keep that as my powder and charging board.
