Bart So, hit Camelback today. nice, 55 or so degrees and sunny. Mashed potatoes everywhere..lol...but not too bad for April in PA.

Not many people there at all, maybe 100 at best? It's actually soft enough on the blacks to have some fun...just a few rocks/bare spots here and there on a trail or two.
Parks were not open. They're probably going to close down for good soon.
Get it in while you can.

Will do but I am sure the report will be, soft melted stuff and lots of rocks.. haha either way it might be my last time out for the season. I think you might have better luck at Hunter but I am not sure.

EDIT Never mind turns out I can't go. Oh well.

They say they're going to be open thru April 6.....how is it up there lately? Boulder is still kicking weekends now. Friday was so-so at Frost (closed Sunday), and still pretty good at BB.

Thinking about Camelback's cheap pass this year. My unlimited at JFBB this year was....not that great of a deal.

tonyisnowhere I found cheap camalback lift tickets on ebay. I don't know the seller but I bought one for my wife, since I have a season pass. The seller says I should have it by next week. Check it out he is offering them for 30 bucks. Not bad...Camelback Mountain Lift Ticket | eBay

Oh and I bought a 2013-2014 Value Pass again, you can't beat that price of 199.

you shouldnt have a problem skillwise with it, its just a little nerve racking when you havent done anything that steep before but after your first time you'll wonder why you didnt try it earlier

i'll probably be there early, so shoot me a text at whatever time if you want to meet up

So what is your advice on it? You saw me riding about 3 weeks ago. Do you think I can do it (yelling for joy the whole way down)? Or should I just stay clear till next season after some improvements?

Hope all is well man.
