That.

This season I indulged in a new GoreTex shell (Patagonia) but got all my other stuff 50% to 70% off during summer sales in the past 3 years. I paid the A-Frame $158 ( $600 new). The Hovercraft $250 here on the forum and the CINCH CTXs $150 as well The only thing I'm always buying early is my Kirkwood pass, and new AS tires every 2 seasons.

Big Foot I try to spend as little money as possible on everything, while still buying quality stuff. This year I bought new everything except boots. New goggles, helmet, jacket, gloves, pants, balaclava, bindings (ended up buying two actually), board (ended up buying two of these as well), and board bag. I didn't pay more than 50% of MSRP for any of this equipment (with the exception of the second board and bindings) as it's all last years models and I bought them all during the summer.

That being said, currently the highest priced item in my setup is my second board, which is about $200 more than my second highest priced item, my first board.

Long story short, I seem to spend the most on boards simply because they cost the most. (Though I am currently rocking a $500 jacket I got for $150, so at full price that would give my boards a run for their money).

Goggles, I have Oakleys but once again, you can buy endless frames. I have a polarized grey and fire iridium frames, but nothing really for night riding. Thats the great thing, no one looks alike. It's all about your own style and thats half the fun.

A lot of people I know can eat just fine on meth AKA the nastiest drug I've ever got my hands on. A lot of people are making Meth from cans of Raid now. There is a cheaper way of meth (cheap poison that gets you high) production being figured out daily.
