|lisevolution||I bought this set of Cobra Micro Talks and they were a bit expensive but great range and they have sub channels which is important at a ski mountain because you don't get the cross feedback of other people on the same channel, and they have a cool weather radio. I bought them because of the smaller size compared to the Motorola's and the extra battery life...|

I've had two pair of motorolas and they have worked great for me, as long as you don't drop one of them off a cliff.
My only complaint with them is that the rechargeable battery that comes with it is pretty much useless after a years use, just won't hold a charge for a whole day after that. I switched to just using 4 triple A's and they last for a long time.
Definitely nice to have for a day out on the slopes, especially when you have a group with varying skill levels and can't all do the same runs together.

|X1n54n3x||motorola have been bomb, and for their cost they should be just fine. i know there are more expensive ones out there but honestly at a ski resort ive never had trouble locating someone on those motorola ones.|

motorola always served me well
the only issue came with recharging them in canaduh and their short battery life... but i think that was more to do with the piss weak sparks currents.....

Quality Two Way Radios
Hey I'm looking to get a set of good quality two way radios. There was talk of having them for the 09' ECM, and the question of having aenough of them came into play I know I had a few with me last year but those belong to my dad. I'm sure he will have no problem lending them to me agian but I wouldn't mind having some of my own so I don't have to worry about replacing his, ya know what I mean.
So yea just looking for any input and or helpfuls info or expireince some of you peoples might have.
