OU812 I asked for new discs and a set of J-bars from Burton. Got both sent to me within days, free and they paid for postage.

Seriously man, I wish I could tell you I used them all last year AWESOME goggles. I placed them on my shelf for the summer in the hard plastic case took them out about 2 weeks ago with my season starting up, popped out the lens for conditions and 2 magnets snapped off, thought no biggie ill put the other lens on broke 3 more magnets off those.. They just kept coming off, anon had me send both lenses and the frame just to make sure there wasn't any issue with the frame. When they broke off I noticed the plastic under the magnets connect to the lens is way too thin almost paper thin. Might be picking up the m2's being the magnets are on the inner part of the lens nothing hanging off if you know what I mean.

slyder you cant say enough about a company that stands behind their product even if it's not brand new.
Customer loyalty is derived from great customer service in my mind

Props to Burton

ARSENALFAN They certainly do have excellent service. Told them I wrecked a toe buckle and ladder, my fault, and they still hooked me up free of charge. Not only do I swear by their bindings, their customer service is wicked.

Big Props to Burton customer service

The toe buckle on my Cartel's broke. The spring in the buckle failed and the ratchet no longer snapped back when I tightened my toe strap. I could still use the strap, the ratchet spring just broke.

I Emailed Burton and they sent out a new buckle for both toe straps so they match.

The piece came in less than a week which was sick!

Very happy with the service I received from Burton.
