|ehcanadian30||As much as I don't like burton boards, I have to say there customer service is superb, I bought a pair of bindings like 2 years ago (used) and they didn't come with baseplates, Burton sent me a set for free and it arrived two days later. Currently awaiting on my anon m1's to come back from warranty (broke both lenses) and being a branch of Burton their customers service was excellent as well, really nice people|

you cant say enough about a company that stands behind their product even if it's not brand new.
Customer loyalty is derived from great customer service in my mind

|ARSENALFAN||They certainly do have excellent service. Told them I wrecked a toe buckle and ladder, my fault, and they still hooked me up free of charge. Not only do I swear by their bindings, their customer service is wicked.|

Big Props to Burton customer service
The toe buckle on my Cartel's broke. The spring in the buckle failed and the ratchet no longer snapped back when I tightened my toe strap. I could still use the strap, the ratchet spring just broke.
I Emailed Burton and they sent out a new buckle for both toe straps so they match.
The piece came in less than a week which was sick!
Very happy with the service I received from Burton.
