|dgerova||I use the Reference stance width! It's my first time with auto can't and cantina or what not. Has anyone had similar issues after making the switch? And thanks for the advice.|

Yeah the bindings angles aren't bad, although duck isn't for everyone. You could try a neutral (0/+18 or so) or forward (+10/+30) stance and see if it improves.
for a 5'7" person I'd try reference stance width on most boards. Something around 21" centre to centre of the bindings.
You may need to go to a sports physiotherapist. Bring your board, boots and bindings and maybe they can help???

How wide is your stance?
If too wide, some people naturally point their knees in without realizing it. That makes them hurt, supposedly.

Knee pain only after snowboarding?
Hey guys I'm just curious if anyone can help me out. This season I started to get some crazy knee pain after snowboarding. I only get it on my back leg and it hurts for a few days after even when icing it. I have medium cartel bindings and ion boots size 10. I'm about 5'7, 5'8 170 pounds and ride +15/-10 binding stance. The pain is in the middle on the front side of the knee.
