impeesia I was at a local beer joint for their trivia night, last night. One of the team names was "Plaxico got around the safety". I found it humerous enough to share.

Flick Montana It gets better. He was suspended for 4 games on the uninjured will-not-play list. And the player's union filed a grievance!

Plaxico has been in trouble before and will probably be in trouble again. You know the old saying, "You can take the tiger out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the tiger." He's never going to change just because he has money. He's going to do all the same stupid crap he would do if he wasn't famous and rich, but now we all have to watch it.

I can't stand that a weed-smoking, woman-hitting reject like him can get into the NFL. Some of us wished for that and didn't get it. Jaded idiots like Plaxico think they are above everyone else now. I hope he does time.

While I totally agree that this doesn't warrant a long ass thread, someone could have easily been killed and that is simply gross negligence, hence why it's a felony to carry a loaded handgun in New York. His Carry permit in Florida had expired in May, which doesn't matter anyway since New York doesn't recognize out of state Concealed carry permits. He deserves to go to jail.

PaoloSmythe for the benefit of Kri$h, here follows a trolling post:

do you see the overt racism and innuendo, intertwined with sarcasm? all created as an effort to provoke an inflammatory response?

as humourous as it might be to some, it is in actual fact devoid of any real content or fact and thus deserves the following response from the intended troll victim:

meh
funny tho how you would suggest that i am the only one to 'warp' a thread....

more ironic intent no doubt....?

so it is unreasonable for someone to say it is okay for the whole of canada to enjoy his 'sloppy seconds'?

btw, football does utilize the foot, ya ignorant douchebag.
you call me a troll for simply opposing a point of view thru explanation...

meanwhile you chip in with cheerleading which amounts to little more than name calling.

how ironic, moronic.

american football utilises the foot, about as much as real football (soccer to cretins) uses the hand.... and yet you do not call soccer 'throw ball' do you? duh......

sedition IMHO, three groups of people should beheld to extremely high standards.

(1) Police
(2) Politicians
(3) Professional Athletes (NFL, NLB, NBA, etc.)

For (1) and (2), if they are found to knowingly violate the felony law they should face life in prison. They are charged with some of the highest duties in the land. As such, they are in the greatest position to exploit that power. Retribution for such abuses should should harsh and swift.

(3) is a different ball game. The problem is the role model they become for kids across the country. Here, I think if a player is found to knowingly break the law, OR do ANYTHING that displays acute unsportsman-like conduct, they should be banned for life from professional sports. There is no reason people should be paid millions of dollars to act like 12-year olds.

So, to answer your question, Plaxio should face what ever jail time is approprate, and be banned from the NFL.
