SnoeMan Used to have my phone in my jacket pocket. Lost it once, then found it about an hour later.
now I keep it in a zipper pocket in my pants. No problems and most of the time I can get to it fast enough not to miss the call.
Zipplock bag are great I use them when going cliff jumping, but on the mountain if your gear can hold out against moisture you should be fine.
oh ya I also keep a paper towel or 2 in the same pocket, soaks up any moisture.

Soon Ill have to find a good pocket for an Ipod

SFshredder I went boarding last week with my iPhone in my chest pocket and it was fine for 3 days.

Triple8Sol I leave the iphone in the car. If I'm at a big resort, I'll bring the 2-ways. Otherwise, if anyone gets seperated (myself included) you're on your own. I do carry an iPod for tunes. Also, I usually have a digital camera in a form-fitting padded case. Unfortunately I broke my camera last year while drunk and fucking around in the snow, closing day at the mountain after killing a keg that was out in the sidecountry.

imaddicted My buddy fell on his LG touch screen phone and cracked it last year and we called it the Crackberry till he replaced it haha. I'm more worried about the battery life of my phone then it getting wet. Hell I was out today and I lost a bar every hour cuz it was so cold out.

SFshredder I went snowboarding with my iPhone last week in my front pocket of my pants and it got wet. It's probably because I had really crappy pants that sucked. I moved it to my chest pocket at lunch and it was fine after that. It's been acting up on me lately though. I turned it on the other day and everything was in French or something and it told me to plug my phone into iTunes. I turned it off and on again though and it seemed to work fine. We'll see I guess.

the other day i was breaking in my new custom and stopped on the way home for food. my cell apparently fell out when i got outta my truck. so when i got back outside 5 people were standing around my truck eying the custom i had in the bed. I heard em say "c'mon man look around. aww shit there he is." so i go in the truck and got a bat out and told em to get the fuck away. saved my board but the punks got my phone. I wish more people were as cool about lost and found stuff as you are.

FORUMRIDER12321 i made a titanium case for mine but i just baught a shuffle so i dont have to worry now

Oje I went out and bought a 1gig shuffle to ride with so i dont have to risk breaking my 80gig. Holds about 250 songs which is plenty for a day of riding and if it breaks it was only $40 so its not the end of the world.

SnowBun just stick it in the chest pocket and as long as you dont decide to ride down the mountain on your stomach, it should be alright
