DaveMcI I brewed a vermont ipa called F.M.R.G. which means fuck mad river glen. Also my knuckle dragger rye ale is on tap also. Both have snowboard theme because of the vermont ipa yeast that was used.

Yea I don't love it straight, but I do enjoy the spice when mixed.

Pretty sure it would be awesome with the Pineapple too.

I like a lot of Belgian Ales; Duvel, Chimay white tripel, Trappistes Rochefort 8, Hoegaarden. I do also like other types like Kona Longboard Island lager, Franziskaner hefeweizen, Breckenridge Vanilla Porter.

Newcastle, if you can get it on nitrous is one of my favorites.

ODD13 Hop Troll: Comet

Currently the best beer I've ever had. This has changed several times in the last couple years and this particular brew won't be available for long.

ODD13 Brewing is a local I've just found that does beers unfiltered/hazy and and fresh. The racks are at the liquor are empty most of the time between deliveries.

SUPERFAN is their standard IPA and it gets sold out on the regular, the Hop Troll is a series of single hop one offs.

But to be honest
I reckon I'd love that. That style is right up my street.

Anything good. Local. Make it yourself. Food Trucks at breweries are win as fuck.

Shout out to Smokin Yards (kc style bbq) in Idaho Springs, the only place worth eating between Denver and Jersey Boys (east coast style pizza deli) in Dillon.

In town its Federal between Alameda and Mississippi, Vietnamese noodle houses, bakeries, traditional menus; legit chinese dimsum, tacos.....

Saigon Bowl
Pho Duy
Baker's Palace
Star Kitchen

Korean bbq in Aurora....

The Elk Prime in Crested Butte, one of the few high $$ places I've ever been and been really really stoked. (95/100 fancy restaurants downtown denver are a joke, if I'm being generous)

Moonlight Pizza in Salida

Avon Bakery in Avon

Mojo Maestro's Lamb Chops @ the parking lot
