Dude, you should see my leg, entire thigh is black and blue. I took one for the Team (my bells to a hit too.)

DOUBLE DIAMOND has a great big brick wall out side to wretch on. I once walked out the door to spew from the sidewalk on to a moving police car. He had no idea that I yacked on him.

This is awesome and should be done everywhere.....that bungee cord is a great idea, I might try utilizing it in my backyard this winter (assuming we get snow worth talking about here lol)
