What our biggest problem is, is that he married a vulgar, equal-opportunity, adrenalin junkie, smart-ass......now he wants betty fuckin crocker....lesson here for all of you.....don't think that because your wife is now a mother that the core of her will change.....I have grown a ton but the core of me is still the problem....couple weeks ago me and some friends had a girls night out....the bouncer cut off my friend and when he found her with a beer in hand 5min later he totally douched up on her and kicked her out....when I explained to him that, if he indeed feels the need to eject her from the bar .....then he needs to inform her group so we don't think she has been stolen and violated by some weirdo drunk. He then puffed up to me and said "you wanna leave too?". I at that point, I proceed to tell him how his mother let the best of him dribble down her leg..... and that indeed I was leaving that shit hole, and he could fuck off. Needless to say that didn't work out so well, and I was not just escorted....but physically carried out of the bar. The funny part is I got past him 3 times before I was lifted off the ground and dropped outside.....

So now I have been paying for it ever since....I feel I was sticking up for a friend and it was justified....he see's it as his wife...who should be home baking a cake...is out of control.

I think he's just being protective and sucks at expressing himself like most of us straight guys (after 12 years of marriage I realize I suck at the communication)

As long as you still enjoy having dirty sex with him, he's got nothing to complain about. I guess I'm lucky, my girl is my best friend and I couldn't be any happier with her. It's kind of disgusting really. Plus I am Betty frickin' Crocker at my house. I made dinner for her a bunch when we first started going out. Now it's too late to change anything. It doesn't help that she gets off late either of course. So yeah, I am her bitch...

good thread, thanks for starting it, i can relate to what everyone is saying, its seems part of every domestic relationship .... the cooking issue, the underlying passion of fighting vs not fighting, and im suprised ive never been shown the door, i dont know if its the fact that im over a foot taller, which doesnt mean shit in my book but maybe hers, i keep pushing her buttons for a reaction but she ends up apologizing ..... is she weird or is she wifey ... weve been serious for almost a decade ... but her lack of getting pissed off confuses me since it seems to come so naturally for me ;-)

Ive realised alot of girls cheat on their boyfriends, and it certainly does go the other way.

all tru ... i used to spend on this one girl, then it became about gifts and not about us .... i practice what i preach with my current, not that i dont buy her stuff or help out, but i think some get the wrong idea when you start garnishing them with all sorts of shit for no reason, but if i had no budget i guess it would be another story, but i would never want to fall for a gold digger thats 30 and im like 50, those couples just make me laugh

and in coordination with the topic ... i would like to thank pot ... i forgot to mention that earlier
