i just read about this restaurant in rollingstones magazine. just out of curiosity, has anyone tried it?

for those that dont know, this is a restaurant in breckenridge that sells what i hereby dub the pot pizza. :laugh:
i also didnt know that you were legally allowed to carry an ounce there. im not into that stuff, but thats kewl. :)

There is no restaurant by the name of Ganja Gourmet in Breck. :dunno:

Weed is not legal in Breckenridge. Possession of up to an ounce is decriminalized. In the state of Colorado, if you are a Colorado citizen, you can get your medical marijuana card. Then you can go buy weed legally (under state law, not federal) from a dispensary.

Decriminalized and legal are 2 different things. It just means it's not a felony offense. Just like speeding or running a stop sign isn't a criminal offense, but you'll still get a ticket.

oh. yeah thats what i read. i know in massetchusetts if you have an oz they just write you a $100 ticket. in the article they were talking about those dispensaries and how in la there are doctors offices where people just pay 200 bucks for a card and they write down any minor problem down as an excuse.

Yup. you make an appointment, pay $150-$200, the Dr. tells you your symptoms. Application goes out, card comes backs, and you can buy or grow.

would you know from experience? :laugh:

should be easy for me then, I have ocular hypertension lol. . . which leads usually into glaucoma
