From what I've read on this forum, Whistler has the best nightlife of any ski resort in North America.
So can you give me an idea about the best hours for nightlife in Whistler? *For example, is there a lull in activity at the bars from 8pm-11pm while everybody is getting ready to go out for late night fun? Also, do most of the bars close at 2am or do they stay open later or close earlier? |

Nightlife definitely picks up more around 11 because I think everyone eats dinner later and gets ready later because they've been on the mountain and apre-ski until 5 or 6. Also, for the all important after the bar closes munchies Zog's Dogs (just off the square at the base of the gondolas) is one of the few places open for food after the bars close. Highly recommended!! |

I never pay attention as to what time places are open to, I know on a Sunday its 1am, Can't remember the other days.
Most places are pretty hectic busy if you go to the right place on the right night. For example on a Wednesday at Bills I waited an hour in line and we got there at like 10pm other places such as Moe Joes for their glow in the dark party we got there at 11 and was at max capacity so we just went else where. But yes the night life here is amazing haha
