Nightlife in Lake Placid?? - Snowboarding Forum

I'm going to Lake Placid for the first time (I usually go to Colorado) and was wondering if anyone knew anything about its nightlife? Thanks!

i used to go up there every winter, hopefully you are stayin in the town. there is a dive bar across the street from Maui North on main street, there is Lake Placid brewery which is on the other side of mirror lake. then there is a few other places that are full of local Mountain men. The place is not really to crazy in LP. hope that helps you out

thanks! is the place across the street from Maui North called Roomers or something like that @ or near the Golden Arrow?
