new years, what are u doing? - Snowboarding Forum

so who's throwing it down hard for new years this year? i will be in keystone for new years and am wondering if there's anything going down or if i should plan to hit up another ski town or go to denver? i am comming from a pretty hardcore party college town in texas so my expectations are pretty big :P

I'll probably do what I did last year and go to bed early so I can have the mountain all to myself in the AM while everyone else sleeps off their hangovers.

it's my year w/ the kids, so i'll probably just kick it at home with them or go to one of my friends house that has kids.

Huge charades tournament, then it's off to midnight mass to ring in the New Year with a belly full of sanctilicious wine and round crackers.

im sure ill do something similar to what i did last year. go downtown (baltimore) with friends. wake up in a random bed/couch around 3pm the next day. spend the rest of the day trying to figure out where all the unexplainable cuts and bruises came from.

I'll most likely just kick it with a small group at my apartment, throw a few back and watch the ball drop. taking it easy this year.

Last year I had a monster shaker at my house, so I'm planning on the same for this year. But a couple friends of mine have already been talking about renting a chalet at Big White for a few days before and after NYE for 09-10 which sounds like a baller plan!!
