Tri State Weather Thread

Need Gnar, Not Rain.

Was dying to get out this weekend to Camelback, Blue, Creek, something.. But this rains got me down and out. Anyone have any idea of the conditions in the tristate area for Monday the 13th?

I just wanna fool around in the park, maybe force myself to learn some switch- without getting my board destroyed due to gross conditions.

Let us know!

Conditions won't be halfway decent until next weekendish. I went up to windham on Wednesday when I saw the upcoming forecasts last week. Things got really sketchy around 2, even earlier in the terrain parks. I would only go tomorrow if the commute was under a hour and I had a pass for the mountain. You won't enjoy a full day of riding.

Today was pretty okay at Creek considering the weather.

I was at Windham on Friday. It wasn't bad. Didn't really notice the bear spots. Just some trails closed. I'll be heading to Windham tomorrow.

I figure we should take advantage of the days regardless. I'd rather have a bad day off than a good day of work.

I'm assuming u live close because it's not gonna be worth driving to ride ice/slush. I was thinking about going up Wednesday but with the forecast, can't see them getting the mountain in shape until the holiday weekend

That's exactly what I was thinking because it's supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow. I'm so down because like you said it's doubtful that they will be able to groom anything for a while.

This weather is freaky man, so weird

Lots of shots at snow over the next 10 days.. if you think we have at bad, look at Tahoe.

While the east terrain is nothing great, the snow making is world class. Camelback was pretty fine sunday and will be in ok shape for the weekend. I may shoot up to hunter friday if i can swing it with work
