Default Our Washington's Birthday Weekend

Simple question;

So where would you go for 3 days?

I am thinking Jay Peak, and only because I never been there. Yup 6.5 hours away oh well.

We can't mountain jump because you tend to save money when you buy multiple tickets

Accoring to weather.gov New York and New England area supposed to get 8-14 inches of snow, not much for vermont wow dudes

I'm afraid everywhere is going to be mobbed this weekend, which is why I'm going up Friday with hopes to miss the crowds.

Haven't been to Jay either but I would think it's going to be less crowded given its location and proximity to Canada (which doesn't have a long weekend, right?)

I would suggest Sugarloaf, the mountain is great but there is literally nothing around it to do afterward.

I would go to Jay Peak as it's pretty awesome especially if they are getting lots of snow.

Even though it's 6.5 hours away, the last hour or so is nothing because no one goes that far up north so no one is on the road.

Why take lifts when you can take the tram all the way? Go through the trees because that's where all the wind pushes the snow to anyways.

I would go to Jay Peak. I have never been there, but I have always heard amazing things. And because it is so far from everything else, you won't find the same crowds that you will find at closer mountains.

I think I am going to Hunter Saturday and Creek Sunday.

I would stay away from Creek unless you want your board to get stolen. Plus it's so trashy..

I know, but I don't know anyone who will want to go up to Vermont with me.

Hunter isn't bad if you get to the mountain for first tracks, even on a crowded weekend day.
