hey,

oops sorry, i said pipe dreams but i meant emilio's. i think they're owned by the same company anyway. emilio's does the best bus trips hands down. last season one of their mtn creek trips went really bad & the owner paul gave my girl & i a free trip to make up for it.

well, if you go this season, hit me up with a message. we go on saturdays.

I live not far from emilios but haven't been on a trip yet. I took the nj transit bus to mt creek last year, its $20 round trip.

I wouldn't mind getting to know a few people to go on day trips with or even maybe carpool with for day trips.

i like mtn creek. they got that cute little wannabe gondola. its awesome. the really do there best on the snowmaking also. lots of noobs to watch out for but overall i like it.

ive been on many blades hunter trips too. to tell you the truth, as far as the catskills go, i prefer windham. friendlier staff, better equip, lifts etc. ill still go to hunter in a pinch though. i really want to do mt snow and corinthia this season. i also am definitely going to do stratton. im thinking xmas in vermont. any one wanna join me?

god i just bought a brand new ride board and i wanna break it in. cant wait for the season to start.

im definately excited about the new trips that emilios has this yr. i usually go to okemo religiously. but really wasnt to check out gore and stratton. i heard that stratton has the steepest double black diamond in the Neast so def want to devirginize that trail

i drove to mt creek last yr when we had that one and only major snowfall. it snowed like 12 inches that day. the scariest part was driving home. you know that one big steep hill when u enter that 8 mile long road between the trees right off the hwy? some ass decides to go to a full stop and then i was sure my car would slide downhill into a tree or something

true that. i just hate the thought of driving after 8 hrs of boarding and creek was the closest one. ever since i found out about emilios i stopped driving period.

ps: mt snow is a lil closer than okemo isnt it?

For those of you that spend the whole weekend riding, where do yall crash at?

Back when Killington/mt. snow were on the same pass, I used to crash at this hostel, the white horse, or something like that.
20 bucks a night, 30 min from Killington. 'Twas awesome.

don't know what im gonna do this season though.

i purchased tickets from emilios ski shop last week and they r saying that their first trip WILL be on the 14th. i told them that on okemos website it says that opening day is on the 21st, and they were preacging that if okemo is closed then well go to mt snow instead.
im kinda skeptical since its 50 degrees there every friggin day
