Dam, embezzlement and shady lifts. Jay is really shining this year. I've been on that thing countless times and that is certainly disheartening news. If it was sugarloaf they would have just ran the lift untill failure. SPLAT.
Yeah I've been on that thing too many times in the last 25 years or so. I hope Jay figures out how to get back in the game properly, it's too good of a mountain to lose.
Kind of related, but I stumbled on some news that Mount Snow has just been granted approval for $52M in EB-5 funds. Sounds like its mostly targed towards Carinthia snowmaking/resevoir upgrades and a new lodge (which they desperately need).
Tram always seems to be closed instantly whenever there was a bit of wind... You would have thought it was designed for this! This explains a bit....
