I'll be moving back to new england soon.. northern mass.
curious as to how many riders on here from that area?

good to see its already got a hit! i was born and raised there til my teenage years.. living in Georgia right now. Needless to say, nearly impossible to find people that ride here, and the only places to ride are in north carolina, and the longest run ive seen consists of 5-10 minute run times. 22 now and moving back up soon...

There are a ton of Wachusett Mountain riders here. The season passes are cheap and it's a great place to go after work. Wachusett is small, probably not much bigger than what you are use to but it beats the hell out of sitting at home watching TV.

For a board shop check out Eastern Boarder..there are various locations.

yeah ive been to wachusett a few times. most likely gonna be where i get my season pass since its extremely close.. much closer than killington and definitely not trekking to jay every single weekend

I live in Coventry, CT. It's about 20 mins from Mass. I try to ride Wachusett at least once a week.

Coventry? No shit...I live in Columbia, on the lake. Never ridden Wachusett, though. We usually head up 91 and hit wherever the CT Ski Council is offering cheap tix.

Nice. I would highly suggest checking out Wachusett. Always has the best snow, but can get a little crowded on the weekends.

what are the season pass prices like if u get em in the pre season... if they even have sales?

I'm not sure. What I do is buy a season pass to Okemo because it can be used there, Stratton, and Sunapee, which are good mountains for me to hit on the weekends. Then I use my Okemo pass to get 50% off on passes at Wachusett.
