Where did that forecast come from? NOAA shows a low (30%) chance of precipitation Thursday/Friday for Tannersville in the 7 day: 7-Day Forecast for Latitude 41.04N and Longitude 75.33W

Weather.com said chances as high as 50%. We were told that if this prediction comes true it will completely wipe out the bases of the mountain in the area. This would be a huge setback especially since some of them have been blowing literally non stop since Thursday night.

Always go with NOAA. I doubt the resorts would've started the guns if there was a chance of precipitation like that.

Big Boulder opened today. They'll be open all week M-Th 3pm-9pm F 3-10, Sat 8-10, Sun 8-8.

I think CBK is planning on this weekend.

Right now its lookin bad for us. If it rains it all goes to hell. I am going to boulder tomorrow with a friend. PRAYING CBK opens on Friday like they plan. I am gonna ditch school for opening day.

Think SNOW not rain! haha. NOAA changed the forecast a bit from earlier but it's still a few days out, so it could work in our favor. Think good, snowy thoughts!!

My backup plan is to shoot up to Hunter if their conditions are better.
