Im pretty use to the icy, but my main reason for going is to try my new board. So i will be taking it pretty easy hitting greens and blues to get use to it. I just wanted to make sure that it was at least decent enough to get in some full runs.
Darn. I just realized the title read 'Blue Mountain, PA'. For some reason I thought Blue Mountain, Ontario. My mistake for not reading correctly. Deleting my previous post because I don't know anything about PA.
you are right that a decent portion of the mtn is open, but conditions arent really desireable. depends on the time of day too. i went to blue last monday and by 5pm it was really icy. i dont think im going back to blue until we get atleast 1 storm.
Yeah i hear ya and if i go it will probably be Sunday night. I really just want to take a few runs since i just got a new board and bindings after 7 years so hopefully the green and blue will not be as bad on the edges of the trail.
