Well they started blowing all day yesterday and are getting some real snow for the second time right now. If they keep blowing I wonder if they can open for the weekend.

Rumor is they are doing a soft opening tomorrow for passholders.

Awesome - good luck! I dont think I'll be making those stair climbs too early in the season but you never know. Trying to hit CO in early Nov and things are looking good. Hope the cold stays!

It's true. Posted up on their website. It's for season-passholders only. Depending on weather it'll be extended till Sunday and Rime will be the only trail open.

I think I'm going to wait for next weekend in hopes of some park features set up on reason. Very beastly though, the new boss seems to be headed in the right direction. Lots of positive vibes.

Funny how the very thought of them opening up early puts a whole new perspective on the value of a season pass...gets one thinking...
