This is the game plan for every mountain within 2-3 hrs of the NYC area. Even on the busiest days if you get to the mountain a half hour before the lifts officially open you will usually get a solid 1.5 hours in before things become too terrible... sometimes more.

I'm always amazed how many people show up around 11 and take a lunch sometime after 12. I'll usually start right when the lifts start spinning and take a break around 11 so I can get back out when the masses head to eat.

nice warm temps this week and almost everything should be open. park just got a rework if thats your thing.just got in, was good and tomorrow willl be better.gonna hit the sun bowl lot at 10 if anyone want to ride.

I went here saturday afternoon, it was ridiculously crowded...lift lines were about half hour long until later in the night

I was there Saturday as well.. We got there at 8 so had a few solid hours once they opened until it was mobbed. Guy today said they had an estimated 9k there saturday. Hit up hunter yesterday and then went back to camelback today.

Was surprised how quiet it was today... Nothing like Saturday. They should be getting a inch or too tonight then Friday could get a solid dump of 6+ and maybe closer to 10 depending upon the track.
