I rode the 6 chair this season actually. Its called the kaatskill flyer. On my first trip up, I got the idiot cord on my mitts entangled in the chair lol. I go to skate off and get yanked back to the chair. Luckily I was able to brace myself, and rip the freaking cord off with all of my might.

i learned how to ride here. i still love the mountain even though my friends act like they're too good and only go to VT now.

Just a heads up to any night riders...they advertised that they're open until 9PM with 7 trails but they closed the quad and everything except for the terrain park at 4. I wish they would have made that a bit clearer

I was there yesterday.... Wasn't all that bad all things considered. Im not a park guy so just rode the two trails off Sullivan. Was fun enough. I hit up hunter last week and considering the difference in drive time for me, Camelback definitely made more sense.

We might be talking about 2 different mountains. Camelback does not have ANY 6 person chairs and certainly none named the Kaatskill flyer.'

it would make sense if you are talking about hunter mountain since it is part of the Kaatskill mountain range. (Fun Fact: Hunter Mountain is visible from the top of Camelback on a clear day over the horizon)

Oh I just jumped in on it. You're not wrong; eli783 posted earlier about a six chair (Kaatskill Flyer) being at Camelback. But it's actually at Hunter.

So actually you were correct.
