Good, they need something other than the mountain there. Spent the night about 6 or 7 years ago and it was something like a 20 minute drive to find any place that sold food late. Hopefully everything goes according to plan because it is a fun mountain otherwise.

Yeah I read about this last year when I was reading all about the recent upgrades to Jay. Interesting way to raise money indeed, seems it's been available for quite some time but people weren't too interested in it. It's a good way to get capital back into the US.

Didn't know he was doing tons of other projects as well.

I actually know a person that's considering opening up a small (10 person) manufacturing facility in the states (they currently make everything in Ontario) and all they would need is one or two investors to be able to open it up...
