I go to Kissing Bridge. Swain is alright. Has probably the best quality park in WNY. Kissing Bridge's is gonna top it this year though.

Never been to KB. I went to Holiday Valley in the early season. Conditions were horrible it it was opening day and we were desperate to board.

Yea Holiday Valley is gay as hell. It's the best riding but they overprice everything and are just corporate assholes. Kissing bridge is nice. Sort of an in between of Swain and HV.

If you dont ride park I would not recommend Swain. They have limited trails and most are poorly maintained. I was there last weekend. A few runs were okay but most of the actual trails were terrible. They were at least 40% mud and rocks.

I would recommend Bristol Mtn.

swain is a excellent place for a family w/ kids. Known for there lessons and programs. Great/friendly staff. One of the "less challenging" mountains in the area. (based on steepness, not terrain park)
If you go to Alfred State/University, they have a bunch of programs/deals through swain.
