May as well get everyone in one thread together.

This thread is for all things related to STEVENS PASS. Booze, sex, and drug talk highly encouraged.

I'm riding tomorrow (11/24), anyone else going to be up there? I won a 11.5 gram joint from a dispensary so I'm going to need some help tackling this beast :dizzy:

was good today lots of pow from first run to last a icy bottom tho, but that's gonna be everywhere. the trees to the left of Gemini (right before corona bowl)were awesome skyline was really good. Aquarius face was really good. trees to the left of Orion were very awesome (the magic Forrest) hiked above that a couple times today. those lines and pow turns were all face shots from 9am to my last run at 1:30.

Jib we really should get together and ride. 7th was really good today. so was the toilet bowl...
the fire Marshall shoulda came and lose that mountain. lmao so many fucking people. my wife started ski school today(I know I know) so,as a good boy, I stood in fucking line at daisy for literally 45 min before we got in the lift.. in the singles line.. there was a stater giving all the retards tickets who parked on hwy 2. At least 25-30 cars. ironically southern cross had no wait. think I'm gonna hike Hollywood bowl this next week. there looks like another storm is coming soon...magic forest was my fav runs of the day until you got halfway down. I literally traversed all the way back under the lift into those set of trees. that chunky shit sucked

Holy hell Stevens was busy today. There was absolutely no parking left so we ended up parking pretty far down on hwy-2. When we came back for lunch we moved in to the parking lot. The drive back was stop and go the whole way also. Overall there was decent snow in some places so I cant complain.

Yesterday was busy, but yeah today was like no day I've ever seen before. Stop and go traffic on the way up as soon as you passed through Monroe. Worse yet, the longest lines I've ever seen on Hogs/Skyline/Big Chief that didn't die down until after 3. Took almost 2 hrs just to get down to Monroe even though we left later than usual around 5.

Yeah my friend flaked on me Friday so I wasn't able to leave until like 9. Got there at 11 to see all lots full and got turned around. Said fuck it and went home.

I actually thought it would be pretty dead, being a Friday. I guess most people took this week off though and school is out. I can't imagine what today looked like.

With Crystal barely open and Summit not open at all, all of the traffic they would normally get has to go to Stevens. I hope Monday is better.

no worries bro I figured that it was something to do with that. only bad blood on his part. I'm not a child, I don't give a fuck and am kinda sad I lost a mtn bike buddy but wtf ever. yeah bro let's ride this week. thurs fri sat I should be up there. start my new job the 13th and the new days off are sat-sun so my weekday pass will be useless after this week. so wanna use it as much as I can...

Yesterday was crazy - the traffic easily added an extra 1.5 hours each way. We arrived at 10am and they were directing people to the overflow lots. Our friends ended up dropping us off and leaving after we made sure our other friends had room for us.

Predictably lines were long and runs were packed, but you can't begrudge anyone for taking what they can get this season. I hope we get enough snow to fill out Crystal and open Snoqualmie so the load gets spread out better.

For all those with full week passes with powder alliance tickets, bridger bowl is going off, 70" base and snow storms coming in every couple days. The bc is starting to become more stable. Get in that car, ten hour drive. A crowded day in montana is like a Wednesday at Stevens.

well i might have jinx'd us here in SW montana, and help out you WA folks. Looks like the jet stream is forcasted to shift south and start sending storms to washington. generally storms that treat washington well dont make it here to bozeman, we need a NW or SW flow not a direct westerly.
