This general are is somewhat interesting to me.... I do work in hospitals and take call so that's why I'm trying to stick to the 30 minute range.... I could work around it though. I love the vicinity of sandy/mt hood village to Mt Hood. I also love the vicinity of Bach to Bend. Crystal and snoq to Seattle is nice too...... I guess we will just spend a few days in each area this summer to scope it out....

Baker seems a little far to Bham for the amount of time we like to spent on the mtn......

Bellevue, or maybe as far east as Issaquah is as central as it gets. You're very close to snoqualmie/alpental, and about 70 minutes to Stevens and Crystal. You can tweak your drive times too by picking a place east/north/south if you'd like, Issaquah puts you 30 minutes from the slopes and still like 15-ish from Seattle, or you can get closer to crystal by going a little farther south of I-90.
