NWBoarder and I have been talking and are tentatively planning an overnight splitboard tour into Goat Rocks Wilderness from the PCT at White Pass with some friends from Seattle after I get back from the Grand Canyon in 3 weeks. So far, WP has been getting more snow and colder temps....

I'm in terrible shape too but if you feel like attempting a little bit, I'd be down to give it a shot. Even for a few short turns

That blows you hit ice for two days. Let me know when you know you're coming. I'll most likely be able to hit it with you guys. I'm pretty free with a little notice.

I would totally be down with doing that! I've been debating on getting a split board to keep up with some skier friends from work that do a lot of back country but know nothing about it. An intro class would be phenomenal.
