Im 19 and Ive been skating since I was about 11. but never really dedicated myself to getting better. I can ollie, but no more than two decks while rolling, and working on my basic flips. still trying to aim my ollies so i can hit flat rails and do more than boardslides. I did have feebles down at one point but that was it

I've got a friend close to your age. He still longboards but doesn't really skate anymore. One day he took a skate out just to do some ollies and flip tricks in the alley behind his house just to see if he still got it. This old woman comes outside and threatens to call the cops on him for skateboarding then says "You're way too old for that stuff anyways, you'll hurt your back!" This 70yo woman shamed him into not skating anymore. Kinda sad really

Yeah, that is no good. Well, if he actually quit for that reason alone, then I agree; He is too old to be skating.

36 here and just really started back riding lately. I was in a relationship for a long time and left it behind, but found it again.

Just started back snowboarding AVIDLY again this past season as well.

I'll try to get some skate pics up soon.

man, progression is beautiful. only my 4th day back into it and i have my ollie back, pop shuv it, 180, and i was even doing some axle stalls on a curb yesterday, i know this might not sound like much but i think thats pretty good considering i havnt skated in almost 10 years

Yeah, it's crazy how that can happen. I've been skating for...well, longer than I want to admit at this point. But there are sometimes when I lay off it for awhile. It always amazes me how somethings come back right away, and others, well, others never come back.

haha man I remember learning on those old school boards. I had a Vision and it was my pride and joy, it made me the coolest 7 year old in the neighborhood. Nice photos MM
